Ok, I came across this site today. The site is http://www.whoishubert.com/ and it seems that Hubert is on a few pages, including Phil Ryu's blog where he can be seen at the bottom of the page. Each site links to another site like a kind of treasure hunt that eventually ends up at http://whoishubert.com/donttouchme/ .

I thought this was quite clever and wondered if it had ever been used before?
