http://www.caelo.com NEO is a great addon to Outlook that helps in organizing emails/messages for easy access, prioritize and even has search facility to help you search your mails real fast. Only limitation is that it doesn't work with Outlook Express but otherwise works fine with Outlook and Exchange Server. Check them out.
