I had been looking for such feature for quite some time. I have a few sites in my bookmark, which still don't have RSS feeds.

Bad part is that it is only going to capture from page you mention, so you would still miss alot unless they have single page where they list about changes or news related to their site. May be this will not be problem for others, so a good find.
